I also left my backpack with 95% of my clothes on Elizabeth's back seat, so I hope C-chan's going to CostCo tommorrow. o_o;;

And YOU'D feel the same way if you had done that last damn row on my other one. It wasn't so much that I was doing 96 sets of four, it was that it didn't look like I was getting anywhere and it was taking forever. -_-;; Feck. At least with the double strand and the N hook, it LOOKS like you've actually done something.

So I'm ADD. Bite me. XD

Meg: and Mom says, do you want to come down tonight.
Amy: O_o
Amy: Is G'ma coming up today?
Meg: To CG, yes.
Amy: time?
Amy: (and is this "Mom wants to know if you're coming down today" or Mom Wants To Know If You're Coming Down Today?" XD)
Meg: Mom Is Suggesting I Ask You.
Amy: right. *shurg* As long as I don't have to watch *Hack*. XD
Meg: It's a Royal Command. Your butt must be on the three-thirty.
Amy: o.o;;
Amy: Yes, Your Majasty Queen Mother. XD~

Mother doesn't ASK, she Suggests. <3

fugly, ain't it?

I weren't kidding when I said fugly. XD But it's much cleaner now, thanks to halfa can of Wolite and Febreze. <3 Maybe I'll get motivated and do the rocker.
Called the fugly chair fugly at St. Vinnie's, the guy dotted at me, and I told him that for $5 it could be as fugly as it wanted to be. XD

St Vinnie's, if you know what to look for, can turn up some good finds. This is the second $5 chair I've gotten from them, but most of the time their stuff is WAY over-priced - as in, find it cheaper new. o_o;; The first one I got the week I moved in here - it's a Laz-E-Boy rocker in a blah grey. It wasn't marked, I asked the guy how much, he pushed it a couple of times, and said $5. XD~ I didn't eat that month cos I didn't have any money with having to pay the deposits, but I bought that chair. ^__^ All I have for furnature was a wire cube thing of Meg's, my bed, and two floor pillows. o_o; Plus a little TV of G'ma's and my radio. My bookshelves and TV cart were in storage. I've got those now, and a table that I got from Oyaji's cousin and a hide-a-bed that I got from a friend's mom. XD~ For free, and they carried in for me. Was very happy. XD
*nose bleeds happily* H_H

Got fugly chair. It's main problem is that it needs to be soaked in Febreeze and Wolite, with a steam cleaner attack afterward. It's not to horridly dirty, just could do with a good once-over. o_o It's in good condition, and the style is not too bad. It's just got that 70's tweed orange/lime/brown/black thing going on. -_-; It'd be a fun chair to redo. XD
*ponders the chance that Oyaji will be a) off work and here by about 5:45 and that b) he'll take me to St. Vinnies*

They have this incredably fugly recliner there for $5. Nasty ugly dark olive green, but it looks comfy. XD~ We'll see.
Hate these keyboards. They're too small and the backspace key is like, half the size of mine, so I keep hitting the front slash key instead. And misspelling everything cos the keys are one over from where I think they should be. -_-*

Front slash. Is that possible?

At work. Am very bored. Am also about to full asleep sitting up from the Sudefed. Feck.

Amy: Quote of the day:

Jean: *talking about my birth control and why I had 3 periods last month* Women are evidently put here to propangate the species. Don't ask me what MEN are here for.
Amy: Grunt labour?

Erin: *rolls*
Amy: I love my NP.
Erin: Grunt labour in more than one way.
Amy: *snerk*
Erin: ... there are so many ways that those two words can be taken, too. *happy contemplation*
Amy: XD~

Yeah. Have h00j antibiotics and Big Sudafed for my lovely sinus infection, so maybe now I'll stop hacking up snot wads and get rid of the headaches for a while? Maybe. -_-;

Took Sei-chan with me to CG and rode across town and back a couple of times [Ann Marie: .... Your pulse is up. O_o;; Amy: Rode my bike today.] and wasted 5 hours after I got done hanging around town. -_-; On the plus side, saw G'ma, Mom and Meg at Wally-World and bummed money from Mom for said horse pills. XD~ Got on bus home finally, picked up pills, rode home, and went to Staples and got scanner for Mom. Am ready to die. Eee.

.... On the plus side, I got in about 8 miles on the bike today. Maybe that'll help kill some of this nasty out-of-shapeness I've had for the last couple of months. -_-;; Couldn't help it being rainy all the time or having surgery and not being able to lift the bike, but still. >_<

I finally finished the h00j granny square lap throw that I've been working on since June when I had strep. ^^;; It's 24 rows of granny stitch with two rows of border. That equals 1600 sets of four in the main part of the afghan, and I don't want to know how many double stitches on the border. XD I was going to go for 30 rows, but I got sick of the colors I was using in the main part, and 1600 made for nice pretty multipules of four. XD I wanted to do four rows for the border, but I'm so sick of that green yarn, I couldn't stand to do another one. -_-;

Granny stitch is a circle, then four sets of connected threes, and each row adds four more sets. Row 24 was 96 sets, and if I had actually made it to 30, it would have been 120 sets. I have some patience with crochet, but not that much. :P It was all I could do to finish that last row.

OCD? Me? Why do you ask? XD
Whee.

Had 21 4 year-olds today for Easter at church. @_@ Evidently the 9:30 'Big Church' had people standing in the foyer, which explains the millions of short people we had. XD~ They were mostly good - as good as they usually are in large groups at that age - and the big plus is no diapers to change. XD~

...... I spelled "dia-pers" "dai-pers". Er.
